Governance
BULK’s governance is broadly separated into two forms: A Hierarchical Structure for day to day operation, and a Decentralized Structure for governance in DAC value.
Hierarchical Operations Structure
The hierarchical branch exists to ensure efficiency in fleet operations, in supporting Bulker home guilds, our allies, and maintaining the long-term mission of building a place where people can build value for themselves in the field of freight and militarized logistics. Bulkers will advance in rank for merit by Council vote.
Decentralized Value Governance
Complementing this structure, is a decentralized approach for value-allocation in the BULK Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAC), the guild structure in Star Atlas. However the BULK DAC finds itself some ATLAS or other value, it will be because we did it together, and we will decide what is done with the value we built together (with stipulations for honoring agreements and other obligations).
